MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • 3 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience working with Machine Learning and Generative AI applications (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, pattern recognition), applied ML techniques, or using OSS frameworks.
  • Experience building ML solutions, leveraging specific architectures (e.g., LSTM, convolutional networks).
  • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
  • Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the AI/ML space.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth machine learning expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s developers and partners, including proof-of-concept work. Advocate for new product features and ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption and improve our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the models and help partners resolve them.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in large language models.
  • Explore, create, and assess methodologies for measuring complex Generative AI models.
