As a Customer and Sales Advisor, you will be:

• Update the parent and enquiry database and learn to operate the nursery management system.
• Update the CRM system for the Childcare Group.
• Help to manager and update the online Booking System
• Maintain effective and up to date customer contact records and deal with confidential and sensitive information as per the Data Protection Act.
• Achieve service level call handing agreements and be proactive in answering calls, keeping abandoned calls to a minimum and meet the targets and KPIs.
• Provide information to the Marketing and Communications Manager for weekly and monthly monitoring of sales and enquiry reports.
