A varied and interesting role for someone with customer service, analytical, and export experience. Dealing professionally and efficiently with customer requests, updating product information on the website and to provide analysis and reporting to maximise positive customer experience and effective operations.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsible for:
· Ongoing customer and supplier interactions to maintain and ascertain the status of Sales and Purchase orders/quotes
· Analysing and reporting on areas, including but not limited to website performance, shipments, orders, stock, customer escalations
· Website administration
· Running MRP processes
· Generating quotes for national/international customers and new enquiries
· Provide sales support to Internal and External Sales
· Liaise with Chamber of Commerce and other official export bodies as necessary
· Other duties as described by the Operations Manager
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
· Ability to prioritise tasks with strong time management
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export and sales support
· Excellent communicator and confident dealing with people over the telephone
· Advanced Excel ability with sound digital know how
· Previous experience within a customer service-focused environment
· Excellent interpersonal skills are required as the role involves liaising with sales admin team members, warehouse, sales account holders and customers.
Desirable:
· Previous experience with Sage 200 – although training will be provided
