The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experience and claims performance. The Customer & Technical advisor will work collaboratively with the Leader - direct customers to challenge and develop business processes and strategies to drive an improved customer experience, efficiency, and claims performance in line with Group strategy, legislative requirements, and Customer Vision. As part of this team, you will display the Suncorp Values, the Group behavioural expectations to promote a high performing culture which advocates the benefits of change and continuous improvement. This role is also accountable for coaching and mentoring the claims teams to ensure exceptional customer service and sound decision making. The role requires a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with their needs and the business objectives as well as resolve complaints in a timely manner.
