Description We’re looking for a Customer Applications Manager to lead strategic, customer-facing digital initiatives across Salesforce Commerce (B2C & B2B), Core, Data Cloud, and Marketing Automation. As part of our IT Digital team, you'll drive the solution, delivery and continuous improvement of systems that power our global customer experience, marketing journeys, and data-driven personalization. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end IT delivery for customer-facing projects (commerce portals, service sites, digital journeys). Define scalable, standard global architecture across Salesforce Commerce, Core, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Own system maintenance, upgrades, release planning, and incident resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear technical workstreams. Manage internal/external team members and cross-functional experts across IT and business units. Drive innovation: evaluate emerging tools/solutions in personalization, automation, and customer data. Ensure alignment with security, privacy (e.g., GDPR), and performance best practices. You Bring: 5+ years’ experience leading enterprise-grade customer-facing applications. Strong background in Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce, Core, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot). Hands-on understanding of integrations, APIs, and cross-system data orchestration. Team leadership and project management experience (Agile/DevOps preferred). Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences. Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (Sales & Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce). Experience with CDPs, AI-driven personalization, or omnichannel CX. Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics
