The role requires strong multitasking, computer, and customer service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism, follow-through, and teamwork. Requirements Responsibilities - May include but not limited to. In bound Sales calls Scheduling Appointments What You’ll Do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails Respond quickly to customer inquiries from our website and marketing campaigns Build interest and excitement around vehicles and availability Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership Follow up with customers who have visited or shown interest Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff What This Job Is (And isn’t) This is NOT a traditional sales role. You are not responsible for closing deals or negotiating pricing.
