What you’ll do Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages for client services Assess needs and arrange services/benefits based on policy coverage Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to resolve cases Document all conversations, actions, and outcomes in the case system Collaborate within the team to ensure seamless, end-to-end case handling Handle ad hoc tasks to support Assistance Operations as needed What you’ll bring Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field 1+ years’ experience in client-facing or coordination roles (e.g., customer service, provider liaison, account/claims support, operations); fresh graduates welcome. Advantage: background in insurance, medical, or travel assistance Strong English (written and spoken); Mandarin and Chinese dialects are a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to work rotating shifts across 7 days (07:00–22:00), including weekends and public holidays.
