We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team. This role will suit an experienced retail/hospitality associate with a keen interest in the drinks industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A knack for sales also appreciated!
This role is spread across our bar & tasting stall in Jarrolds. Availability to work evenings essential!

• Providing exceptional customer service and memorable customer experiences that ultimately drive sales
• Work collaboratively with manager in order to ensure inventory is well stocked.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Providing alcohol product tastings alongside product knowledge to customers in order to influence and encourage sales.
• identifying trends and opportunities to better performance and customer experience.
