CUSTOMER BOOKINGS & CRM ADMINISTRATOR

Company: SGR Automotive (mobile division of 117 Speed, part of Gunnell Groups) Mission: Become the North West’s leading provider of vehicle tuning and software solutions by expanding 117 Speed’s success into a high-performing mobile service. Location: On-site at 117Speed, Unit 02, James Nasmyth Way, Nasmyth Business Park, Eccles (no hybrid) Hours: 09:00–17:00, 37.5 hrs/week (30-min lunch) Rota: Saturday is a core working day. When you work Saturday, you take the immediate following Monday off (TOIL) — maintaining a 5-day week. Sunday closed. Reports to: Operations / General Manager Base Salary: £26,000 (commission added after 8 weeks)

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Full UK driving licence (driving is a must).
  • 1+ year in a Sales Administration or phone-based booking role.
  • Reliable commute to Eccles for a 9:00 start; consistently punctual and self-sufficient.
  • Strong computer skills (CRM, calendars, email, Google Sheets/Excel), fast and accurate typing, clear phone manner.
  • Exceptionally organised, neat and tidy; excellent notes; calm under pressure.
  • Practical knowledge of North West geography for sensible scheduling.
    Nice to have: experience with Go High Level; automotive/field-service scheduling; basic Stripe/QuickBooks familiarity.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

Convert 100% inbound enquiries (calls, web forms, WhatsApp/SMS, socials) into clean, confirmed bookings, keep drivers’ diaries full and efficient, and maintain an accurate CRM so operations, marketing and finance can move fast. We expect to accelerate growth from appointing a full-time inbound sales advisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound enquiries only — no cold calling or prospecting — and convert to confirmed bookings.
  • Own the diary: assign jobs to the right driver/van, apply standard travel buffers, minimise idle gaps, and manage reschedules/cancellations.
  • Saturday coverage: capture weekend demand, fill Monday/Tuesday first, and issue Monday run sheets & confirmations.
  • Keep the CRM (Go High Level) immaculate: correct stages/tags/notes; required fields completed at booking & completion.
  • Work with Apex Automotive (in-house) to improve forms, workflows, templates and dashboards; test updates before go-live.
  • Same-day wrap-up: record job value, invoice #, payment status/date; trigger review requests.
  • Produce simple month-end totals per driver & overall; flag any variance vs Stripe/Accounts.
