Role Description The Customer Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with clinics, medical service providers, and healthcare partners, while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships, understanding partner needs, presenting ClinicaWorld’s marketplace and Slice program offerings, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, ensuring partner satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams to optimize listings and visibility, and supporting sales initiatives to expand ClinicaWorld’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus with proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and maintaining long-term partner relationships.
• Successful track record in Sales and Business Development within healthcare, technology, or marketplace environments.
• Effective Negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close mutually beneficial agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and marketplace or platform-based business models is beneficial.
