Pay Rate: $19–$22/hr
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for a Customer Care/Administrative Support Representative to provide excellent service to customers and support our sales and office teams. This role is a mix of customer service and administrative tasks, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a cheerful, professional attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and emails, handle orders, complaints, and account updates.
  • Handle 20–80 incoming calls per day (primarily inquiries and complaints).
  • Respond to 20–80 customer emails daily regarding orders, deliveries, and concerns.
  • Process customer payments and credits.
  • Support sales staff with client communication and reporting.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with deposits and overdue accounts.
  • Prepare daily reports and documents.
  • Perform general administrative support and assist with inventory checks as needed.
