ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Care Administrator, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for carers and professionals reaching out to us. Whether it’s answering calls, responding to emails, or supporting internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and helpful.
You’ll also support the Office and Customer Service Manager with key administrative tasks — from onboarding new starters to managing equipment and coordinating internal meetings. If you love variety, people, and making a difference, this role is for you.
