Job Title: Customer Care Advisor
Location: HAMMERSMITH, London
Contract: FIXED TERM 6 Months ( Possible Perm Extension )

REQUIREMENTS AS A CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR:

  • A genuine passion for consumer development and creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with smokers and vapers of all backgrounds.
  • Confident and active listening skills, ensuring each customer receives tailored advice.
  • Proven experience in the promotional, customer service, or sales sector.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when recording customer information.
  • Helpdesk and reception experience (desirable).
  • CRM experience/ Salesforce experience / Monday.com desirable).
