Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will deliver excellent service to internal and external customers, providing professional support and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with a view to improve our Net Promotor Score and meet our Customer Commitments.

  • Resolve problems including but not limited to delivery queries, damages, returns and incorrect orders, whilst always maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Determine the root cause of issues and implement a solution that is best for the customer
  • Communicate with customers mainly by telephone but also by email and webchat
  • Efficient case management, actioning outstanding queries and e-mails in a timely manner, while ensuring that the customer is always kept informed. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the case notes
  • Deal directly with suppliers and carriers to ensure problems are rectified swiftly with little impact to the customer
  • Order processing when required to assist the Sales Support team
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
