Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Care Team. This role is all about putting the customer at the heart of everything you do resolving queries, supporting online and contract customers, and making sure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to provide first-class service, support after-sales enquiries, monitor and progress orders, and ensure customers always receive a right-first-time, on-time-every-time approach.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. From helping customers with diagnostics and warranty queries to liaising with repair suppliers and handling complaints, you’ll be a key part of a supportive, collaborative team that takes pride in exceeding expectations.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above)
  • At least2 years’ customer service experience in an office/corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or similar) would be an advantage
