REQUIREMENTS

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have
the following:
Written and oral fluency in Czech, Slovak and English
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to clients tone of voice
Analytical & problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Love is one of the core values at EasyPark.
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who always puts the
customer first and has a feeling for providing a professional Customer
Experience. You are an independent, thorough and social team player
who likes working in a high-paced, always changing environment. You
are curious and like to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone
and try out new things to develop and grow. You have the ability to reflect
over things you do well and things you could do better. Feedback is
something you welcome and humbleness is a keyword.
One of the key missions for a Customer Care Representative is to support
the gathering of constructive insight about what our customers want and
together with other functions within the EasyPark Group, propose
product and process improvement to reduce the need for customers to
contact us.
