CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years’ worth of references (Our dedicated team will obtain them for you!)
  • Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
  • Ability to complete a GSAT (Paid for by us!)
  • Excellent customer service skills

THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

  • Helping passengers with assistance requirements to and from the aircraft and around the airport enhancing the passengers’ journey
  • Greet passengers always asking what help is required
  • Explaining the process to the passenger
  • Preparing the passenger for check in and security, assisting with check in and security processes
  • Ensure the collection of wheelchairs around the airport terminal and returning them to the required storage
  • There will be other parts of the role which would be required, which we would be happy to discuss when we speak with you.
  • Helping passengers with their luggage.
