YOUR MISSION
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Development Team in Germany to ensure our US and UK-based customers get the best out of our solution by engaging with them via mail and phone, and solving any kind of issues effectively.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team and help us build a stronger function. This role will act as a point of contact for our US and UK clients, providing excellent guidance and support through written and voice channels
