ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented team member to join us as a Customer Support & Fulfillment Associate. This role is a mix of customer service, order processing, and general support tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet and assist in-store customers, answering questions and offering product recommendations
• Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
• Process online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments
• Restock shelves and maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment
• Assist with unpacking and organizing incoming shipments
• Support with general day-to-day tasks as needed
