CARE & SUPPORT SUPERVISOR – WINDOW CLEANING DIVISION

Location: Newport, South Wales
Company: South Wales’ Premier Window Cleaning Company
Reporting to: Benjamin Barber, Window Cleaning Manager
Hours: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
Schedule: Flexible – 3 to 4 mornings per week
Pay: £12.50/hour + attractive commission (expected earnings ~£20/hour)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised individual to join our growing team as a Customer Care & Support Supervisor. This is a key role in our Window Cleaning Division, helping us maintain excellent relationships with our 260+ shop clients across Newport and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Visits: Regularly visit existing clients to collect payments and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Customer Care: Act as the face of our company, building strong relationships and addressing any client concerns.
  • Business Development: Engage with nearby businesses to generate new leads and expand our client base.
  • Territory Coverage: Focused on Newport town centre, Maindee, Caerleon Road, and other local shopping areas.
