Description Role Overview: This is both an in-store and in-market role. The Customer Care and Wholesale Sales Representative will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Key Responsibilities: · Customer Relationship Management o Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. o Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales. · Order Processing o Receive and process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. o Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed. · Sales Growth o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing wholesale customers. o Actively promote new products, promotions, and special offers to drive sales growth. o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new wholesale accounts. o Actively identify new customers within the market and cultivate relationships leading to sales opportunities. · Problem Resolution o Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for a positive resolution. o Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution. · Documentation and Reporting o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system. o Analyze reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.
