Description

JOIN OUR FRONT-OF-HOUSE TEAM!

Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and engaging environment for families? Do you love the idea of working in a lively centre where every day brings something new? If connecting with parents, students, and teachers sounds like your dream role, we’d love to meet you! Our FOH team is at the heart of our centre’s daily operations, acting as the first friendly face for our community.
This is an hourly-rated role that provides you different rostering options to suit your lifestyle needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the welcoming face at our reception, greeting parents, students, and visitors with a smile! You’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring each person feels right at home.
  • Answer initial questions from parents and guide them through our range of offerings: from Student Care and Early Years programmes to third-party educational activities and events. You’ll help them find the right fit for their child’s unique needs.
  • Be a true relationship-builder, tuning into parent and student needs, and delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
  • Oversee the little details that make a big difference! Manage bookings and rescheduling of programmes, set up rooms for each session, and assist with day-to-day needs, including centre opening and closing duties.
  • Keep our centre running like clockwork by ensuring equipment is maintained and our spaces are always inviting and organised.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & People Skills: Previous experience in front-of-house or similar roles is a big plus! If you’re great with kids and can connect easily with parents, you’ll be a perfect fit.
  • Tech-Friendly: Familiarity with learning management systems or CRM tools is helpful as you’ll be keeping things on track for our centre.
  • People Person: Your warm, engaging personality will shine here, especially in your interactions with parents and children. You communicate with empathy, positivity, and ease.
  • Adaptable & Energetic: This is a fast-paced environment, and no two days are the same! A flexible mindset and creative problem-solving skills will go a long way.

If you’re ready for a role that lets you engage with families, make connections, and enjoy a dynamic work environment, apply today and become an essential part of our Front-of-House team!
