Tower veterinary group prides itself on great care both for animals and their owners, we are looking for customer focused individual to support our already amazing reception team at all three of our branches which are: Fulford road, Haxby and Acomb.
Telephone, face to face and electronic communication experience is a must along with other administration capabilities. Veterinary industry experience would be a bonus but not essential.
The ability to work well in a fast paced, sometimes pressurised and ever changing environment within a team and have a passion for great customer care will compliment your application.
We are looking for one 40 hour per week position, part time applicants on a job share will also be considered.
The role will be at any of our 3 branches where required. These will be hours between 8.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday, on a flexible rota basis released a month in advance and working 1:4 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm. Additional cover for holidays and sickness will be required alongside a degree of flexibility at short notice so please consider this before submitting your application.
This role involves travel to various sites; therefore, applicants must hold a full, valid driving licence.
