Job Description
JOB TITLE: Customer Care Consultant - Cavendish Online

SALARY: £28,044 - £32,472

LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full-time – 40 hours. (Monday -Thursday 9.45am-7pm and Friday 9.45am-6pm).
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is Hybrid, which involves spending at least two days, or 40% of your working week, in our Bristol Harbourside office. This will be agreed by your Line Manager.

Supporting our Cavendish Online business, we’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Care Consultant. You will be contacting our existing customers to conduct a review of their cover to make sure it still adequate. You’ll need experience of speaking to customers and have a compassion to understand their situation and a desire to do the right thing for them.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, adaptable, and ambitious individual to take a pivotal role in the success of this team.
We will provide you with great training which will be office-based for approx. 2 weeks, leading to a hybrid role when fully competent.

You’ll have good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships based on trust.

• Understands customer needs and offer solutions, educating the customer throughout
• Strong attention to detail ensuring calls and information is accurately processed and that work follows relevant internal and external rules, procedures and regulatory requirements.
