YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for 2x new team members to join our high performing Trade Store team, with both 1x Full-Time and 1x Part-Time roles available! These roles ate critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Mackay QLD.
Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers, no 2 days will ever be the same! We have a learning and development program for the right candidates so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.

Responsibilities
  • Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on backorders
  • Warehousing when required (picking/packing/put-aways)
  • Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
  • Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
  • Showroom displays, stock rotations
  • General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation
