Responsibilities
  • Working within a team that is the first point of contact for homeowners regarding any post-completion queries or matters arising.
  • Coordinate and schedule warranty and remedial works with contractors and site teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to keep customers informed every step of the way.
  • Maintain records, update databases to ensure department reporting is accurate.
  • Assist the Customer Care Team to liaise with Sales and Site Teams regarding HBF Surveys
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager.
