Responsibilities
  • First-Point Contact: Handle customer queries and defect reports, ensuring timely responses.
  • Problem Solver: Liaise with contractors, technicians, and engineers to coordinate repairs and resolutions.
  • Diary & Scheduling Master: Organise appointments for maintenance teams and subcontractors.
  • Communication Pro: Provide follow-up correspondence to keep customers informed every step of the way.
  • Keep Us on Track: Maintain records, update databases, and produce reports as required.
  • Support the Customer Journey: Assist in home demonstrations and customer care surveys.
  • Be the Backbone of the Team: Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager.
