Join our Customer Care team in Brandon as a Customer Care Co-Ordinator, where you’ll be the first point of contact for after-sales support and warranty requests. You’ll help customers, organise engineers, and ensure every query is handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting customers after they’ve purchased our products, handling after-sales enquiries and scheduling engineers to deliver excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for after-sales enquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Liaise with customers to fully understand and define the scope of required work
  • Log incoming requests and prepare job sheets for the After-Sales Engineers
  • Schedule works for your allocated engineer teams, ensuring routes are planned efficiently
  • Create materials lists and liaise with the factory/stores to ensure all parts are ready
  • Order materials using our in-house system and chase outstanding items with the purchasing team
  • Confirm engineer appointments with customers via phone and email
  • Monitor job progress and keep customers informed of expected timelines
  • Submit team KPIs to the Customer Care Manager as required
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing and taking messages
