Description
We are looking for a person to join the Lead Factory team at Eurowag who will be responsible for telephone contact with business customers and arranging sales meetings for the sales department. This is an ideal role for communicative people who are goal-oriented and focused on development within sales structures. Required qualification & skills * Secondary education * Communicative English language skills, native Polish * 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or back-office * Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Customer-oriented mindset * Accuracy, reliability, systematic approach * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment * Ability to work in a team and perform tasks independently Job responsibilities * Telephone contact with business customers (B2B) based on the provided database, cold calling, and acquiring new customers * Arranging sales meetings for regional representatives * Preliminary identification of customer needs * Working on systems such as CRM and accurately completing data * Achieving quantitative and qualitative targets * Cooperation with the Team Leader and the sales department WHY JOIN US?
