Are you a strong communicator with a sharp commercial sense and the ability to stay calm under pressure? In this international role, you’ll serve as the key contact for customers in Africa and Latin America—ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the central point of contact for clients and internal departments such as supply chain, sales, and finance. You manage the complete order process from start to finish.
This is not a call center position, but a dynamic and strategic support role where independence, communication, and coordination are key.
You’ll be based at our office in Roermond (Limburg, the Netherlands) and work in a multilingual, international team with short lines of communication.
