As a Customer Care Executive, you will be a key part of our customer service team, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling customers to check they are happy with their policies.
• Handling customer queries via phone, email, and post.
• Ensuring clients receive all necessary documents and assisting with form completion.
• Updating internal databases and records accurately.
