We are currently recruiting for talented Customer Service Agents to join our team. If you have 1+ year customer service experience within a contact centre and you are self-motivated and driven to providing outstanding customer care we would love to hear from you!!!
The Customer Care Agent is required to deal with interactions from customers and insurers through various media, including; Inbound, outbound, email, post and face to face contact. The Customer Care agent will report directly to the Customer Care Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1+ year of customer service experience within a fast-paced, call centre environment
• Good PC Skills -Relay, MS Excel, Insurer WebsitesPractical knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance is desirable
