Learn more at www.careers.idp.comRole purpose To provide exceptional customer service to all prospective and registered IELTS candidates by responding to inquiries, guiding them through the IELTS registration and test process, and ensuring a positive experience with IDP Bangladesh. This role serves as a key touchpoint for all test-taker interactions, both in-person and across digital platforms.Key accountabilities Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person in a professional and timely manner. Guide candidates through the IELTS registration process and assist with online portal navigation. Provide accurate information on test dates, formats, fees, payment methods, ID requirements, special accommodations (e.g., for visually impaired candidates), and results. Ensure candidate documents and data are verified and processed according to IDP and IELTS policies. Handle complaints or issues with empathy and escalate when necessary. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of IELTS policies and customer service standards. Contribute to promotional and outreach activities as required (e.g., education fairs, webinars). Assist in maintaining records and generating routine reports on candidate queries, feedback, and registration trends. Required experience Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, English, Communication, or a related field) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or education services (IELTS or testing services experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse customer needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Familiarity with the IELTS test structure and IDP services is an advantage Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work on weekends and test days, as required
