We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Care Executive (Indoor Sales) to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset. In this role you will be responsible for: The candidate will play an active role in renewals and retaining customers By providing excellent after sales service and regular communication between the customer and the Company Work closely with other team members to provide strong team representation in meeting customer’s expectations Assist in credit control work Conduct outbound call i.e. renewal, cycle call, attend to complaint calls and up selling. The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in customer care environment Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success Driven by data and building a network of excellent customer relationships Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone Call centre experience is an added advantage Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details. Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations Autonomous and thrive on challenges Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation Highly Desirable: Excellent customer service via phone & negotiation skills Ability to reach & exceed up selling targets Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication.
