In the Customer Care Exec role, you’ll support customers across the Hosting UK brand, handling a mix of renewals and customer care activities, including: Managing customer account renewals Responding to general enquiries Handling billing and payment queries Supporting customers with complaints and questions Managing support tickets Communicating with customers via live chat, email, and telephone Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the Renewals Team, meeting renewal targets and identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts by recommending the right products and services in a helpful, customer‑focused way. We want to hear from you if you: Have experience in sales or renewals – this is great to have, but not essential Bring customer service experience and genuinely enjoy helping people Are interested in building a future career in sales Have a friendly, positive attitude and enjoys building relationships Have an interest in IT and technology, with curiosity to learn more What's in it for me?
