Desired Candidate Profile

1. 0–3 years of experience in customer care, customer service, telecalling, sales coordination, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
5. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/Excel.
6. Good follow-up and coordination skills.
7. Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
8. UAE experience is an advantage but freshers are also welcome to apply.
