Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Adelaide on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence. This roles primary function is retaining customers and building long term relationships. The core responsibilities in this role include: Providing support to national and key clients Drawing up contracts for services offered Processing purchase orders Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service Liaising with customers on a daily basis Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverables Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services The successful candidate will have Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management) Is experienced in customer retention High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Intermediate computer skills Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Love working in a team environment ABOUT THE COMPANY At Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
