Responsibilities
  • Order to Cash Management – Manage the order to delivery cycle for your customers ensuring orders are processed right first time with maximum service and any issues are resolved to ensure customers receive a perfect delivery. Responsibility for any communication during the process and query management post-delivery, root causing to prevent repeat issues.
  • Relationship Management – Manage the relationship with key internal stakeholders to drive best in class customer service & collaboration internally. This could involve attending meetings with various functions to build up collaborative relationships and share best practice.
  • Drive Continuous Improvements – Focus on improving efficiencies within the current ways or working and identify what opportunities there are to drive continuous improvement whilst maintaining the level of service required.
  • Work toward Individual and Team Goals – Be part of and actively contribute to a highly motivated teams; able to work both independently and as part of the team on both short- and long-term goas.
  • Ensure Quality and Efficiency, through the following of processes, in Service Level agreement and by following the evolution of internal and external customer care norms, compliance with the Group policies, and any external standards.
  • Be a group tool user – subject to the relevant training, promoter of best practice, a functional and end user tester and user documentation, etc
