We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the property transaction process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about available properties, services, and company offerings.
  • Assist clients with documentation, payment updates, and follow-up support.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain client records, feedback, and service reports in the CRM system.
  • Support after-sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
