Job Summary: The Customer Care and Inside Sales Representative involves delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, managing connect/disconnect processes, and engaging in proactive customer service activities. Responsibilities include acquiring new business, retaining current customers, responding to inquiries, managing accounts, processing payments, and promoting Nsight Telservices and Cellcom brands. The position requires high school education (associate degree preferred), customer contact experience, and skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management. Responsibilities & Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, equipment, features, and customer service, and complete necessary follow-up activities. - Manage and sell to an assigned base of customers, including regular contact to present offers and build loyalty. - Handle requests to deactivate service, recommending solutions and incentives to retain customers. - Make outbound calls for various initiatives, such as plan change recommendations, renewals, and informing customers of changes. - Perform administration and data entry into the billing system and follow-up calls to verify orders and services are completed accurately. - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - High school education required; associate degree preferred. - 1-2 years of customer contact experience, with prior sales experience preferred. - Proficient in verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making. - Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Windows, Excel, OneNote, Word, and Microsoft Office. - Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks at a fast pace, and build customer relationships.
