We are expanding our sales-team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries. Customer satisfaction is our key goal in our work and the basis for our growth. Job Description Primary interface for customer regarding spare part inquiries Cooperation with Customer Care, Sales Manager, Service Engineer and manufacturing on claim process for spare parts quatation and dilivery Preparation, follow up of quotes, order handing for spare parts orders, modernization and field service offer process. Support for team report and work instructions Qualifications Studying for a bachelor’s degree in logistic and supply chain or any related field Excellence in English Expect period at least 6 months Additional Information the company provides daily allowance of 500 THB per day. Responsibilities

The intern will serve as the primary contact for customer spare part inquiries and will cooperate with various internal teams on the claim process for spare parts quotation and delivery. Responsibilities also include preparing and following up on quotes, handling spare parts orders, and supporting team reports and work instructions.
