Description
  • Call Centre / Customer Service Experience
  • No Experience Are Welcome To Apply - Training is Provided
  • Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (Able to work on weekends)
  • CBD (Near to MRT)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channels eg email
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes emails
  • Proper recording of conversation with customer in the CRM system
  • Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
  • No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off)

  • Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends)
  • Location: CBD
  • Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
