In this role, you will:

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Provide information and resolve inquiries related to the order-to-delivery process.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., sales, suppliers, logistics, storehouse) to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Communicate daily with cross-functional teams, including local Business Units, Logistics & Distribution, Accounts Receivable, Planning, Category Managers, Marketing Managers, and Master Data.
  • Participate in process improvement activities to maximize profits and standardize processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, order management, customer service, data analysis, or similar roles would be an asset.
  • Ability to interpret financial data with an analytical mindset.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A problem-solving focus and a troubleshooting attitude.
  • Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher
