Job Description: Location: Sault Ste. Marie Duration: Summer (May – August 2026) Type: Student Full time Range: $18.50 - $28.50 We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to support our Customer Care Performance Enablement team, which drives operational excellence through training, process improvement, and analytics. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Manager Quality & Customer Experience, you will be empowered to: Map current‑state processes and create proposed future‑state maps using Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart. Support process re-engineering activities by gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and collaborating with SMEs. Process documenting, modernizing, and improving core operational processes with a focus on Safer Gambling (SG) processes. Identify changes to SOPs, process documents, job aids, and visual workflow guides. Assist with tasks such as tracking progress, preparing artifacts, and organizing project materials. Develop visual process assets (flowcharts, diagrams, PPT summaries) to support enablement and leadership presentations. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME Education & Experience: Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Technical Writing, Communications, Digital Media, Human Resources (Learning & Development), or related programs with a focus on process design or improvement Relevant Skills: Accelerates process mapping and standardization efforts, improves accuracy and consistency of operational documentation, and increases capacity to deliver micro-focused improvement initiatives and enhancements.
