We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team that is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in customer service in real estate industry, and building strong client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to speak, write, read and understand in Chinese (Strong asset).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate industry.
• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• Strongly proficient in MS Office.

• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
• Providing exceptional customer care services and office administrative skills
• Tracking deficiency repairs and reporting to the senior team.
• Solid understanding of Tarion Warranty New Home Program and Construction Performance Guidelines.
