As a Customer Care Representative, you are the compassionate first point of contact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Qualify Inbound Inquiries: Use active listening to assess property damage and convert inquiries into high-value opportunities for our field teams. * Crisis Support: Provide a calm, empathetic experience for callers navigating stressful restoration scenarios. * Data Integrity: Manage a multi-monitor setup to document client details in Salesforce and Google Workspace with real-time accuracy. * End-to-End Coordination: Facilitate seamless handoffs to local offices, process customer payments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. * Performance Excellence: Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain our reputation for industry-leading response times. WHO YOU ARE * Experienced: You have 2+ years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center or inbound phone environment. * Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a major plus) and possess strong data entry skills. * Strong Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written skills.
