Responsibilities
  • Take passport photos, give out tour books, and supporting Member Services Consultants as required with admin tasks
  • Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Consultants
  • Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current travel protocols
  • Invoicing travel files for Travel Consultants
  • Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
  • Support with Travel Consultants with Accounting adjustments
  • Providing payment to Travel Supplier based on Travel Consultant request
