We are looking for customer-focused and motivated professionals to join our B2C Retail & Customer Service team.

• Customer Service Officer (CSO) – Supervisor LevelQualifications:3-5 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, including 1–2 years in a supervisory/team-lead role.
• Experience in sales targets, upselling/cross-selling, team coaching, and complaint resolution.
• Experience in floral, luxury retail, gifting, or hospitality is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong sales, customer service, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, floral products, seasonality, and trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/POS, CRM, and inventory systems.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and other language is an advantage.

• Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)Qualifications:1–2 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Experience in floral, gifting, or luxury retail is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Business, Retail, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage.
• Good in MS Office, POS/ERP, or CRM knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and other language is an advantage.
