JOB OVERVIEW

Al Asayel, a leading PPE trading company, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP B1 experience is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of PPE products (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
    Job Type: Full-Time
    Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
