Customer Care Representative – Hearing Clinic
Do you love helping people and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a
warm, organized, and adaptable Customer Care Representative to join our team. This isn’t a
typical reception job—it’s about being part of the journey that changes lives through better
hearing.
At our North Shore clinic, we’ve been supporting clients with hearing loss for over 16 years.
Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in making sure clients feel welcomed, cared
for, and supported from start to finish.

What you’ll do

  • Greet clients with a smile and create a welcoming experience
  • Offer and prepare beverages for visitors
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
  • Answer phones and emails, handling questions with patience and clarity
  • Coordinate with hearing aid manufacturers and couriers
  • Maintain accurate records and assist clients with forms
  • Process payments, invoices, and orders
  • Clean, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on hearing devices
  • Keep the clinic stocked and organized
  • Work closely with our practitioners and support team to ensure smooth daily

operations

  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach with clients
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling tasks
  • Tech-savvy on Mac, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Team-oriented but also independent when needed
  • Customer service or healthcare experience is an asset (not required)
  • North Shore candidates preferred
